We zijn zeer tevreden over hoe Yancho ons huwelijk heeft vastgelegd. Zijn professionaliteit en vaardigheid zijn duidelijk zichtbaar in de prachtige foto's die hij heeft gemaakt. Hij zorgde ervoor dat we ons op ons gemak voelden voor de camera en leverde hoogwaardige resultaten. Working with Yancho was the second best wedding planning decision we made, and we made had to make a lot of them. The quality of the pictures he took on our special day still spark memories and conversation in our family.

For our wedding photos, we established that we wanted a very particular type of Photographer;
1. Someone who could capture real + genuine emotions (subject unaware and subject aware of the shot) and at the same time knew how to curate photoshoots.
2. We also desired a skillfull photographer whose imagination was not limited and open to accommodate our style as a couple too. And to be able to critically examine our surroundings & suggest locations plus instruct on how to maximise the location for shots.
3. To top it all off, we wanted very rich & colourful pictures that married well with our eclectic style as a couple. To be honest, this is how we discovered Yani in the first place. His Portfolio is truly amazing, the way he plays with both bright & dark colours, nature and the architecture around it all had us already decided upon visiting his Wedding Portfolio.

Starting to work with Yani was amazing. He is very down to earth, easy-going, funny, helpful and open! He discusses your expectations with you while also giving you tips based on his lengthy experience. Photography is an art and it can sometimes be difficult to be able able to decide on let alone tell it to someone such that it is understood. In most cases we know what we want but don't know how to properly translate it to the Photographer (at least that was our case). With Yani, you are assured of a photographer that discusses your needs as a couple and accurately translates your ideas and expectations into amazing shots. In this respect, we were delighted that he offered a free wedding pre-shoot (engagement / love shoot if already engaged) in which we 'familiarised' ourselves with him (comfortable with the photographer) and with his expectations as a photographer and how these would eventually result into the beautiful pictures on the big day (almost like a wedding rehearsal).

On the wedding day we were amazed by how professional and helpful he was. Arriving pretty early to take the getting ready shots, constantly lurking in the shadows during the reception session (unaware shots), almost unnoticed, but at the same time available to instruct during Portrait and group shots. Yancho even drove us to the bride & groom photoshoot scene & was for us at least, in a very welcome way, an active part of our ceremony.

The next evening, while still on the first day of our honeymoon, we were quickly to provided sneak-peak pictures and so we were able to share with our family abroad who couldn't make it. For Yani, this was just a step in his normal (very welcome) way of working to provide us with a first taste and in return receive (critical) feedback, I mean, wow...We were both impressed and pleased! A few weeks later he delivered the best looking pictures as promised. The evolution of our Wedding day from dusk til dawn, delivered in a USB stick in high quality and in plenty. This multitude of pictures meant the options regarding which picture we found best at any moment (and sometimes in different styles) was also given to us.

Yani delivered this very special wedding attribute at a very competitive price for the output we received, and perhaps what is also positively telling about him as a person is that his policy was, 'first review the pre-wedding shots, and then decide if I am the right guy for your day', for us, he was! We highly recommend him to anyone for all the above reasons and we will definitely be seeing you again Yani.

Yancho was onze trouwfotograaf en vanaf het eerste kennismakingsgesprek merkten we al dat hij zeer aangenaam is om mee samen te werken!
De love shoot (een jaar voor de trouw zelf, vanwege corona) heeft dit gevoel enkel bevestigd en we kregen een zeer mooie set foto's als resultaat (en veel complimenten van familieleden en vrienden)!
Op de trouwdag zelf was Yancho er bij vanaf 's ochtends bij de kapper tot ' s avonds aan het begin van het dansfeest. Hij is discreet aanwezig maar slaagt er toch in om op de juiste moment op de juiste plaats te zijn. Hierdoor hebben we een mooie reeks foto's ter herinnering aan die dag!
Yancho gaf wanneer nodig wat tips/aanduidingen om het beste te halen uit onze fotoshoots, en ook de nabewerking van de foto's werd met veel zorg en aandacht gedaan.
We zijn héél tevreden van onze samenwerking met Yancho en raden hem zeker aan als trouwfotograaf!

My husband and I had the opportunity to ask Yani to take our wedding photos. Yani is a wonderful photographer, we are more than satisfied with the results of our collaboration! He has fulfilled the assignment very correctly, his service level is top. He is not only delivering the highest quaiity of photos, but he has the very special talent to capture the essence-, and emotions of the most important moments. His photos have a "heart". Wij hebben Yancho gekozen voor onze trouwfoto's en loveshoot en vanaf het eerste moment was er tussen ons een klik. Yani is een heel hartelijke, gepassioneerde en professionele persoonlijkheid. Als geen ander bezit hij het talent om niet alleen een beeld, maar ook de liefde en emoties op een originele en spontane manier vast te leggen. Wij zijn dan ook super tevreden over het resultaat. Ondanks het feit dat wij niet de gemakkelijkste klanten waren - wij hebben een paar keer onze afspraak moeten verplaatsen en hebben op het laatste moment de locatie van onze loveshoot aangepast - bleef Yani elke keer vriendelijk en flexibel. Ik wil Yani dan ook graag bij iedereen aanbevelen.

Yani verzorgde voor ons de foto's van ons huwelijk. Van bij het begin liep het contact met Yani heel vlot en aangenaam. Hij is een betrokken en geëngageerde fotograaf die er alles aan doet om tot een mooi resultaat te komen. De love shoot was een fijne manier om te wennen aan de fotoshoot op het huwelijk zelf. De foto's van de love shoot hebben we gebruikt op de website voor ons huwelijk. Het resultaat was erg mooi en we hebben veel positieve reacties gekregen van onze gasten! Ook de foto's van het huwelijk zelf zijn prachtig. Yani speelt op een bijzondere manier met perspectief, licht en kleuren. Hij is erin geslaagd om op een erg discrete manier voldoende foto's te maken van alle belangrijke momenten op onze huwelijksdag. Ondanks het grote aantal, waren de foto's waren erg snel klaar. Wij hebben bij Yani ook een album besteld met onze huwelijksfoto's en ook hiervan zijn we erg tevreden. Het is een mooie herinnering aan een prachtige dag. Yani is een fotograaf die we zeker aanbevelen, niet enkel om zijn professionalisme maar ook om zijn warme persoonlijkheid en de fijne samenwerking!

We hebben Yani leren kennen op het huwelijksfeest van zeer goede vrienden. Toen we hem bezig zagen, kregen we al direct een goed beeld van hem als fotograaf en zijn werkwijze. Na een gezellige babbel en het zien van de vele mooie foto's vroegen we hem om zijn kaartje. Een jaar later konden we hem al contacteren voor onze eigen trouw. Yani kende ons nog en was bereid om zich aan te passen aan onze wensen. Hij deed ons het voorstel om een verlovingsshoot te gaan doen in Parijs, iets waar we zelf niet aan gedacht zouden hebben maar wel van hebben genoten.

Op onze huwelijksdag zelf hadden we een heel ontspannen fotoshoot met een zeer mooi resultaat. Yani houdt er rekening mee dat je je op je gemak voelt en laat jullie in het midden van de aandacht staan op de speciale dag. We vonden dit een absolute aanrader en gaan hem voor toekomstige fotoshoots zeker inschakelen.

We are really glad to have Yancho to be our wedding photographer. He is an enthusiastic, easy-going and helpful person. His way of doing made us feel relaxed in the process and he instructed us how to pose for a better shooting.

Of course, after all, the quality of pictures matters the most. His pictures are amazing, and he provided a variety of picture colour, some are in black and white and some are in nostalgic style.

And the best part is, that the price is very good. We were surprised to know other photographer's prices, and glad we finally found Yancho on the internet. He is easy to communicate with and quick in response.
Even thought we just booked him for few hours, he was very flexible and didn't mind to have extra hours staying with us. Actually we only could get two discs of pictures, but eventually he also made a video of some clips and put the discs in a leather box for us. Our hearts were melted by his thoughtful and considerable actions. He didn't just treat us as customers, but treat us friends as well to share our happiness together.

My hubby and I highly recommend Yancho as your wedding or pre-wedding photographer, I don't think you can find others better than him. And when we have a child or want to have family shooting later, we will definitely contact Yancho again.
